Somalee, as you are aware, the only problem with the room was that one of the A.C. remote's battery had stopped working, and as you said, we fixed it within the hour. We also offered you a replacement until that was fixed. Please do not list problems that did not exist. In addition, I am genuinely sorry for the inconvenience caused due to the electricity going off and Gerry not being available. Hence, I offered you money back, but you refused it, labelling it as 'compromise' and threatening to leave a bad review. Returning your money was the right thing to do, in my opinion, as you hadn't received the service you deserved.
Also, you knew the people across your apartment were available to help you, but yet you did not seek their help. I wish you had, as they would have helped right away. From the time you contacted me you were rude, and unwilling to listen. Despite instructions you were smoking inside the apartment and left cigarette buds everywhere. However, being rude is not the way to solve conflict. I am here to help all my guests and wanted to do the same for you, but you refused to let me. I apologize to you once again for the power outage and wish you a pleasant stay during your next vacation.
