We are really sorry for the untruthful and insulting views of Mr Evgeny and his group. Their whole attitude was offensive, with no respect towards us, and as it now seems to be with negative intent.
The reservation with his group was made about 7 months prior to their arrival. All these months up until September, when they were asked to confirm the number of people, they themselves were confirming in writing that they are ONLY 6 people.
From the outset, they did not follow the rules of the reservation they themselves confirmed (ie the 6 people)
Just a few days before arrival they informed for additional people. We explained that we could not accept them as the insurance policy covers up to 6 people and what matters most to us is the safety of our guests. We ourselves offered to find them another accommodation, as on the platform we mention strictly 6 people for ours.
Although one day before arrival they confirmed to us that they would be ONLY 6 people, the next day they arrived at the lodgings and they demanded in a pressing and offensive way towards us to accept ALL 9 people.
3 people appeared at the accommodation and when we asked to meet all 9 of them they denied it. Let me point out that they did not even park at the parking space of the accommodation but much more far away than that, refusing us to get to meet the others. Also when asked, they did not intend to show their passports and also denied. They even said that they won't show their passports so we can not show in any way to Airbnb that 9 guests arrived instead of 6.
We explained to them again that we could help them find another accommodation, but they refused and insisted in an ironic, oppressive and insulting way to accept 9 people.
This negative attitude have given us some questions as to why they have done so and caused insecurity and such a lack of trust towards them.
Their whole behavior and manner caused a great lack of trust and doubt over them and to what they supported as they themselves were confirming different things from what they did and were doing.
What mostly interests us as owners is the mutual appreciation and trust with our guests as we are happy to offer them our home. In this case the visitors themselves were rude, offensive, with no respect at all towards us. They did not respect the rules of the booking while they were confirming that they did.
We do not understand how is it possible for some who did not stay at the accommodation to make such criticisms. Their criticism proves their intention to insult us once again because we did not accept what they wanted, which was also against our regulations and clearly stated on the platform.
We recommend that you DO NOT accept them as guests as they do not respect the terms of the reservation they have chosen.
