This third-floor condo offers great mountain views, high ceilings, and a comfortable atmosphere. In the main room, you'll find a comfortable living area with couches in front of a gas fireplace and a flatscreen TV (cable included).
A modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you need to make delicious meals, including a dishwasher for easy clean-up. A breakfast bar offers convenient seating for meals, while out on the balcony a gas grill is great for barbecuing with a view of the mountain and the pool below.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
