This cozy, luxurious two bedroom condo in East Vail sits on and end lot with dramatic and unparalleled views of the mountains and Vail Valley.
The second floor condo has two bedrooms; one with a set of bunk beds and a full bed, the other is the master with a comfy king bed and its own private bathroom and balcony. The home includes three TV's and DVD players, one in each bedroom and a 42' flat screen in the living room. Comcast digital cable extends throughout (with the exception of the bunk room), as well as wireless internet which makes it ideal for a working vacation. The home is perfectly wired for music as well, with iPod docs in each room, and a full JVC surround sound and stereo system in the living room. A wood fireplace and extra space heaters makes the home a cozy retreat in the winter months.
A fully stocked and open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dishwasher makes for a friendly cooking environment, and the dining room table has room for six with three more at the bar.
The large deck overlooks the shared tennis courts and outdoor pool available in the summer, and provides the perfect place for relaxation with four padded outdoor chairs and a mini propane grill. In the winter, the Vail Racquet Club is a few blocks away and provides hot tubs, pools, steam rooms, an exercise center and spa services for a $20 a day pass. The Vail Golf Club, waterfalls, and numerous hiking and mountain biking trails are all within 5-10 minutes from the property. Combined with a rushing river that runs alongside the complex and a spectacular view of a waterfall off the master bedroom balcony, the home truly sits in the middle of an outdoor haven.
The world renowned slopes are only 4 miles down the road in Vail Village and a free shuttle bus is just steps from the home, making the trek to the slopes much more convenient.
Vail is a bustling mountain town with excellent shopping and fine dining, and has consistently been ranked as North America's top ski resort. There are an abundance of activities available year round. From horseback riding, hot air ballooning, and white water rafting in the summer, to skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and dipping the hot springs in the winter, you'll never fall short on ideas on how to stay busy.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
