The house is located in the historical medieval citadel of Castelsardo. The house, built in the 1400 was completely renovated in 2016 in a contemporary interior style and respecting the strict construction codes outside. This involves using specific stones, wooden windows, and colors. Given that the Castelsardo citadel is made of stones, the interior/exterior design makes large use of stones as well that are all caved in Sardinia.
Very comfortable with a large terrace facing a breathtaking view of the sea and the coast spanning from the Asinara island to the W to Corsica and Capo Testa to the E. The upper terrace provides even a broader view and you get the feeling of being in a unique place. Wonderful views are guaranteed with any weather and even during storms the waves crushing on the rocks and the sea gulls steady in the wind provide unique opportunities for memorable pictures. It just takes to go down to street level and you are immersed in the daily life of this medieval town with several shops, little restaurants and bars. The closest beach can be reached by 15 min walk and a public transportation is also provided by the municipality with departures every hour or so.

Not living in Sardinia I will not be able to receive you. However, a full range of services will be provided from reception, to assistance during your stay. I am available for providing tips and recommendations, plus I will be available on phone/e-mail or social media.
There are no specific rules apart from keeping the place as it will be your own home. We have furnished the house with leather sofas and beds, fine porcelain, glass coffee table, table and stairs, and air conditioning in all living areas. We are requesting guests to be aware of this and to turn off the air conditioning (if used) when leaving the house.
Related to young children, there are no problems in principle but please write to us to understand your needs.

Hello there, me and my family love travelling. For this reason I spent most of my professional life abroad. I like alternating adventure to relaxation, being far away but enjoying social environments. We like food and wine and natural beauty. I like mountains, glaciers, skiing and sea and oceans and, why not, culture and authentic places.
