Conveniently near I680 this home away from home is a great choice for your stay. This quiet neighborhood is close to shopping, restaurants, parks and more! Near Keystone Little League park, Moylan Ice Rink, Tranquility Soccer Complex.
This property includes a stocked kitchen with the basic cooking supplies you may need (including some basic pantry items and a few nibbles). You can also arrange to have a grocery delivery directly from a local grocery store (they do charge a nominal fee of about $5 but well worth the convenience).
While this listing says no events or parties, small get togethers are welcome! In the spring (April 15th and beyond) and summer, the deck will include a large table and chairs for outdoor enjoyment.
If additional guests are sofa surfing on either or both of the sectionals just let me know and I will be sure to provide extra bedding and pillows for comfort.

You will have the run of the place, including off street parking for up to four vehicles. This is a dedicated rental property so no worrying about working around clothing and personal belongings of anyone else.

Pet owners must have a licensed, well behaved pet who is up to date on vaccines. All pets must be pre approved prior to reservations. You are required to curb your pet (remove their waste) even in the yard. The yard is fenced with a chain link fence. And don't be surprised if your fur baby comes back with a satisfied smile from having received a treat from the neighbor (but I always double check with the pet guardian for permissions first).
- Non Smoking Property. This includes the exterior and deck area.
- No parties or extra guests. All guests must be included in the reservation request. Any unauthorized guests will result in a cancellation of the reservation / booking. Just be sure to communicate and obtain approval ahead of time.
- Be respectful of the property and neighbors.
-There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
- Dogs must be preapproved. Only licensed dogs with current rabies vaccine allowed.
- No fireworks / candles / fire pits / grills / hibachi grill allowed on the premises at any time.
Guests expressly agree as an absolute condition to staying in the home that they shall jointly and severally indemnify, defend, and hold harmless owners, residents, agents, and representatives of this home against any claim, demand, liability, damage, loss, injury, or cost whatsoever arising as a result of the guests' or of the guests' guests use of the premises and any property thereon, including, without limitation, any nuisance, waste, or harm, directly or indirectly caused by or to guests or guests of guests. Furthermore, guests are responsible for any and all legal fees resulting from the guests' or guests of guests use of the premises or negligence by guests or guests or guests. By making a reservation guests agree to be bound by the terms set forth in these house rules.
