Close to Downtown Denver (via multiple transit options), Stapleton, I-70 (quick drive to the mountains!), train to the plane, City Park/Zoo/Museum, and walking distance to a Denver Rec Center/Library/Post office. You’ll love our place because its quiet, cute, and comfortable. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
Our house is a newly remodeled duplex, with separate entrances making it feel like its own house! The kitchen is spacious with a breakfast bar, the living/dining area has an open floor plan perfect for entertaining.
The bedrooms include places to stow away your belongings so that your stay is more comfortable.
Aside from one locked linen and bedroom closet, the house is yours to use! Please make yourself comfortable.
Since this is a duplex, we do share a backyard with our neighbors. They have a dog, its large and friendly. Please use the back door only to put out the garbage and recycling, as the bins are right outside the back door.
Otherwise, the front porch is large and a perfect place to have a drink or stare at the stars. We also have a bunch of games for you to play!
We are available via phone/text at any time.
Our neighborhood is quiet and calm. There is a Denver recreation center (with pool!), post office, and library just one block away.
A short 3 block walk will get you to a small local market, liquor store, and coffee shop. A mile's walk gets you to so many shops at Stapleton.
Take an uber/lyft for about $5 to get to the 40th & Colorado train station, which takes you to Union Station to the west or DIA to the east.
Uber/lyft/taxi ride takes about 12-15 minutes to Downtown.
We are a block from Bus Route 34, and three blocks from 43, both of which can get you to Central Park to the east or Downtown to the west.

- This is a duplex, we have a shared back yard and our neighbors have a dog. You are welcome to use the front porch, but please refrain from using the backyard.
My partner Christine, our two-legged dog Pookie Hopsalot, and I love to travel. We have family and friends all over the country and we try to visit as many of them as possible.
When we are in Denver we enjoy soaking in hot springs, bouldering in the mountains, or taking in one of many local breweries/cideries.
