With all due respect and absolute NOT with bad intension, but clearly much to young and far not grown up enough for only consider to travel all alone.
Night before arrival costumer booked 2 nights after sending me many questions mails and giving him repeatedly same info which stands in the standard customer mail which everybody gets automatic after booking, the guest had no interest in renting.
In the morning, to our amazement, I notice he booked after all and will arrive that day after noon.
Unplanned and not knowing how to travel, costumer needed a half day to travel from Bangkok to Pattaya and we waiting from 14.00 hour till finally the costumer arrived at 19.00 hour at de condominium after several phone calls to us how to guide him to the place, since he stayed totally at the wrong place (token the bus to NORTH Pattaya and have to be at end of south Pattaya Jomtien Beach, so had to book different bus since there is also a bus stop at Jomtien Beach 5 minutes from Condotel).
And then the direct question on arrival without exploring the area, since it was also dark already and customer just arrived, can I cancel my booking.
We just start to offer our Penthouse Apartments direct facing the Sea on AirBNB and lucky to our benefit we get several bookings a week, but sadly this was a disappointment.
We learn from it that whatever we do or how hard we try or give extra services, sadly some customer are impossible for serve them a great quit and relaxing Beach-Holiday in our brand new TOP-apartment as every needed info, regarding the rentals, is clearly mention in de advertise including the map and address place is given before start travel in Thai and English.
Advice to Customer organizes & plan your holidays not the last second (night before arrival) for sure when travel alone.
Also asking mails from customer send trough AirBNB system after find our Sea view Condotel trough our AirBNB advertise for NOT use or pay to AirBNB I have never experienced and is incorrect and not the right we do to business.
