I'm an African soul currently treading the soil of my ancestors. I enjoy being barefoot in Nature and going slowly, although movement is of the essence to me (I teach yoga during the week). I enjoy wholesome, organic cooking and eating - Ottolenghi's 'Plenty More' is my recipe book of the moment. I also enjoy interacting with people I meet along the way. I love the rare chance I get to watch a film or enjoy a tasty meal out. Travelling to off the beaten track destinations and staying in quirky accommodation are two of my loves. I share Life with my man and 3 boys who shower me with Love and keep me on my toes.
