Our guest room offers a cosy, private hideaway where you can come and go without disturbing anyone. Price is for 2 people with breakfast. The only time you will be disturbed is when we bring you your breakfast on a tray at a pre arranged time. There is a table and chairs in the room or you can spoil yourselves and have breakfast in bed! The room has a super king size bed which can be made in to twin beds, and an ensuite shower room. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the rooms. Free wi-fi.

Guest enter their room by their own private entrance off our courtyard. You are most welcome to enjoy the courtyard, where there is seating dotted around. If the weather is good, guests are welcome to have their breakfast served at a table outside their room in our courtyard. There is seating around the Drummond Place gardens where you can enjoy the sun.

We have been living in Edinburgh for the last 20 years although we have strong family ties with Skye and the West coast of Scotland. My husband Fergus and our 4 boys all enjoy walking, canoeing, playing squash and having big family get togethers.
