We are deeply sorry that your experience wasn't as you expected, but it's the first time that it happened.
We really take care of our guests and all the houses that we rent, providing all the essential needs and some extras!
About internet connection we have optical fiber in the apartment that used to work very fast, unfortunately in this week there was a line problem not depending on us but still we instantly provided to our guests another router while the main one was being repaired, and no one complained about its efficiency.
Nonetheless we appreciate any feedback and will use yours to improve. Thank you.
