Residences Les Periades is a modern apartment located in the beautiful alpine town of St Gervais Les Bains and the surrounding French Alps.
Our accommodation consists of a two bedroom apartment with cabine area, finished to a high standard of comfort and modern conveniences, ideal to use as a base for discovering what is on offer in the Savoie and Haute Savoie areas of the Alps or just relaxing around the picturesque town.

Located approximately 150m from the historic town square of St Gervais and the numerous shops, restaurants and bars this self-catered apartment is ideally situated for all of your holiday needs.
Accessed by stairs or lift, the second floor, 60 sq/m apartment sleeps 4 – 6 people comprising of 2 bedrooms (1 with king size bed, 1 with 2 single beds) plus a mezzanine area which can sleep a further two people (ideal for children or adults wanting a cosy room).
The apartment has been tastefully furnished in keeping with alpine living. There are two fully-equipped bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen with modern conveniences including fridge, oven, hob and dishwasher. The dining/lounge has two sofas, a flat screen TV, a DVD player with a selection of DVD’s for all ages, Wii Games Console and games, and a pair of French doors which lead onto a South West facing balcony with exceptional views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. There is under floor heating throughout with additional wall heaters should they be needed.
A hair dryer and iron are also provided.
The picturesque, tree filled ravine, on the edge of which the chalet style building is situated, has a river and walking trails running through it. Directly opposite on the other side is the ski station. The free ski bus picks up at the end of the street and takes just a couple of minutes to drive round to the lifts.
Once you have arrived in St Gervais there is no real need for a car which can be locked securely in the underground garage.
On arrival, you will be met by our locally based agent. Should you require, we can make transfer arrangements from local airports, train and bus stations.
With an altitude ranging from 850m in the town to 2350m on the ski slopes St Gervais has a huge number of activities on offer all year round.
During the winter months the ‘Evasion Mont-Blanc Ski Pass’ gives skiers and snowboarders of all abilities access to a huge ski area of over 400km in St Gervais, Megeve, Les Contamines & Combloux. The Mont Blanc Tramway can be taken from St Gervais to the Bellevue plateau at 1800m or the Prarion which accesses the Les Houches ski area.

CHAMONIX and GRAND MASSIF
The Grand Massif is made up of five linked ski resorts - Flaine, Les Carroz, Morillon, Samoëns and Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval. There are hundreds of kilometres of trails for walking and cycling as well as caving, canyoning, parapenting, climbing and river sports.
It is popular with walkers and cyclists in the summer -it is one of the starting points for the Tour du Mont Blanc. Or it can be taken by walkers or those just wishing to see the wonderful panorama in winter or summer. For those who would like to relax a little St Gervais's famous thermal parc offers complementary therapies and massage. The village also has an outdoor swimming pool (open June-September), ice rink, tennis courts and mini-golf.

A good range of bars, restaurants and shops
It has some of the most spectacular scenery in the area with Europe's highest peak, Mont Blanc, overlooking many of the towns and villages. The area is famous for the outdoor activities that it offers. There are hundreds of kilometres of walking and biking trails (including the Tour du Mont Blanc), some of the best skiing in the world, mountaineering and even ice climbing!
Outdoor activities are not the only activities on offer in the valley. There are museums, markets, shops, a nature reserve, a spa, Europe's highest cable car and even a glacier to visit.
Should you want to explore further afield there is always the pretty town of Annecy with its lake, chateau, museum and old town. Or you could try Geneva, Yvoire or even Courmayer in Italy
