Located in a quiet neighborhood just steps away from the river where you can spend your day tubing, swimming, fishing or just relaxing. There is a large tree covered patio great for BBQing and watching wildlife. The beauty of this place is that while it is located 30 minutes from San Antonio and Boerne, and 14 miles from Bandera, the Cowboy Capital of the World, it truly is a quiet country home. There's nothing like sitting on the patio, listening to the river run, or watching the fireflies light up like nature's twinkle lights when the sun goes down. It's a short drive to San Antonio and all the popular attractions and shopping there. The hill country wineries around Fredericksburg, Garner State Park near Leakey, or Lost Maples State Park are only an hour away. Honestly though, when you sit on the patio or take a walk at the river's edge, you likely will not want to go anywhere else.

Please let me know immediately if anything is not as you expect or if anything gets broken/damaged. Thank you.
I bought this property initially as a weekend house back in 2000 and have been living here full time since 2011. I commute to San Antonio for work and relish the time that I spend on the patio appreciating the beauty of nature. What I really enjoy, though, is sharing this beautiful place with others. My children learned to swim in that river and we have so many good memories of tubing, swimming, walking the river, and having cookouts on the patio. I hope you will make some good memories here as well!
