I am glad you had great time over all, but I am surprised that you rated us only 4 stars.
If you had informed me of the hairdryer not functioning to its fullest, I would have provided a new one when you asked for batteries for the remote.
As to the rusted propane tank, that occurs from the salt filled air carried from the ocean which is 50 yards away. The stainless steel BBQ is fully functional, but per my ad, you had to request a full propane tank at $30 to be able to use it; otherwise you will render the BBQ un-usable. FYI: we do not get a choice of propane tanks when an empty one is exchanged for full one if it happens to be rusty. Additionally, the maintenance guy closes the propane tank with a wrench when it is not scheduled for use, so it seems non functional.
As to the under- toe, I believe you have been misinformed; that is only on the Pacific side of Cabo which is 12 miles or more away. However, in late summer the "swells" and waves on our sandy shore can be large and make it hard to get in and out of the water, as they pound on the shore and it feels like you are being pulled in, when in fact the ocean water is retreating to allow for the next wave/swell to make its splash. In fall through early summer, I personally swim right off our beach. But when the waves are bigger or if you like to wade, you can easily take a beautiful 10 minutes walk east of our property to a man made cove constructed by our resort developer and enjoy swimming and sun bathing there on the sandy beach.
As to the garbage canister size, I have found that the 8 gallon garbage can is sufficient for most of the guests. You always have the option to walk to the dumpster 30 yards away and empty your garbage as often as you need to. I am guessing you did not notice the sign for its location.
For the future, if you have a problem, I am almost always available during waking hours by messaging me on Airbnb platform, or directly to answer your questions or make your stay more enjoyable.
