Welcome to our authentic stone house, a place built and restored with care and love by three generations of our family.
One of the few stone buildings in Kardamena, Kos that represent the local traditional architecture, with local stone, sand and lime for bonding.
What was once a simple rural building has been transformed into a warm and comfortable home, while keeping its original character alive.

Prostor
The house is 44 sq m and offers a private bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160x200) and an open-plan living-kitchen area with a large sofa bed (150x200).
The kitchen is fully equipped and the spacious bathroom includes all the necessary amenities as well as a shower and a washing machine.
The accommodation is ideal for families or small groups of 2 to 4 people.
Outside, you can enjoy a spacious courtyard with two large garden tables — an ideal place to relax, have your coffee or rest after a day at the beach.
Natural materials such as stone and wood create a relaxing and authentic atmosphere, while modern amenities ensure a comfortable stay.
The house is located in Kardamena, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops, but in a quiet neighborhood.
It is also a great base for exploring Kos and nearby islands such as Nisyros and Kalymnos.
