Cozy artist loft in the heart of industrial Brooklyn. Close to hip restaurants and bars in Bushwick and East Williamsburg. I am within a 5-minute walk to the famous Roberta's. I also live close to trains that will get you into Manhattan in under 10 minutes.

The apartment is ideal for 1-2 people. However, there is a lofted space with a mattress that can accommodate two more people.
There are almost limitless numbers of bars and restaurants within walking distance or a subway ride or two. The “heart” of Williamsburg is the Bedford stop on the L or Marcy stop on the JMZ. On weekends, there are street and music festivals by the waterfront in Williamsburg. Keep your eyes open for Smorgasbords and Artist Fleas in the summer months. Bushwick is the other neighborhood to explore. The neighborhood started with Roberta’s Pizza and grew as artists began to transform the area with coffee shops, and colorful graffiti. What use to be considered “Bushwick” is now growing beyond the original 3-block area around Roberta’s. There are maps for self-guided tours online if you are interested in checking it out.
