I’m really sorry to hear that we do not manage to satisfy you completely. As you can imagine it’s a hard job and a challenge to do things right for all of our guests. But as Superhosts, were are trying to do our best to gain the maximum satisfaction of all of our guests and therefore offering an excellence quality a high level of service.
Regarding the storage of the luggage we want to apologize again that the day of your departure we couldn’t offer you to store your luggage. As you mention you have done a “last minute” booking and forget to ask for it in advance. On the day of your departure we had a very early check in for your apartment and neither me nor my assistants were available in the afternoon to open you our luggage storage room in the house. As mentioned in our messages it was neither easy to leave your luggage in the apartment, because other guests already checked in, and it would not be convenient for you or the new guests to leave the luggage in the apartment.
So I’m glad to hear that you followed our recommendation and could store it very convenient and inexpensive at the train station. The good side on this is that you better manage how much time you have to spend in the city till your train leaves ;-).
What I can guarantee you for the next time (just please tell us in advance) we will do everything to manage to store your luggage, as we have done several times for other guests.
I’m very happy to read your comment regarding the decoration, cleanliness, high ceilings lots of light the pleasant area and the walking distance from the city centre. Yes we are happy to offer such a great apartment with sense for details to our satisfied guests in a real neighbourhood to the city centre.
