Lindsey and her big family were my very good guests with polite and friendly, they are very clean and tidy in staying and before leaving.
At first, I apologize to Lindsey and her family for some issues made they were not convenient and uncomfortable.
then I try to reply her issues below.
In order to safety for children, so I told adult guests, please take care of children when their children will go to into balcony in second floor and take care of children when the children will be playing with railings, it is better way for children don’t touch the railing on second floor. The results will be very bad if some accident will be happened. I don’t say “keep blind open at night, I told them don’t open windows and doors at night because always supplied cooler air by air conditioner under thermometer with 19 degree Celsius, this temperature is set by Lindsey required.
I stayed a while longer due to I will confirm everything is down well, safety for guests. I asked Lindsey guests whether need laundry or not on the first day, they said :”don’t need the laundry”. I promised tomorrow I will set down laundry to use for them, they agreed with me. The laundry was not dirty in first day while there are a lot of flat sheets, blankets, bath towels and towels and some stuff in cabinet in laundry. Linder’s family arrived about at 9:00PM, took around 30 minutes for orientation and to go to buy breakfast before 10:00PM supermarket close. So it was too late to move these stuff from laundry to other place. Therefore second day move all the stuff away from laundry or set locker on cabinets doors. Actually, I really don’t want to take 3hours to drive to go home and go back to do these on second day.
Rule sets checkout at 11:00AM, but Lindsey asked me want longer staying until 12:00noon at my house, I think it is ok , though it made me to stress too much because next guests want to check in earlier 1:00PM, Normally is at 3:00PM check in, so I asked my son from Toronto come here to assist me earlier to finish clean and make beds ready for next guests to use. But they let me go inside of my house about at12:10 when they are ready for leaving, give me 50minutes left to do lot of clean and set down everything. But I didn’t complain any thing to them.
Actually, I want to do my best for all my guests, not only one family or group.
I couldn’t buy the 4 days breakfast before they will check in because the breakfast will waste if they couldn’t come to check in in time. They checked in around 9:00PM, I took at least 30 minutes for orientation , then went to buy breakfast for them, and come back.
Normally Thermometer temperature is 22.5 degree Celsius. not set 19 degree Celsius in summer. But Lindsey wants to set it is 19. I did it : I set 19 degree Celsius from 4:00PM to next morning 9:30AM , and 23 degree Celsius from
9:00AM to 4:00PM in day time when they will go out to travel. But finally I give her thermometer box key when I set above temperature down, she can set the temperature as she wants. They checked in at 9:00PM on 18 July and checkout at 12:10 noon on 22 July, electricity meter of my house recorded cost 275 kWh of electricity used.
They try to use the Italy style cabinet in master room, I want to find key to give them, then they said it is ok, not need the keys.
The 13rd twin size bed is in closet in master room. The 14th bed is coach in common place on my listing. Actually there are 3 coaches, 2 of them are in basement, one is in living room in first floor.
