Ostale napomene
This property is surrounded by trees and natural landscape, so occasional sightings of wildlife, insects, or other small creatures are possible. This is a normal part of staying in a rural, wooded environment and should not be cause for alarm. We regularly maintain and treat the property, but we cannot completely eliminate nature from the surrounding area.
Pool is a shared space (Spa is not operable) with the front house who has very nice long term tenants. They hardly ever use the pool but just something to note. You will absolutely love this cottage.
NOTE: Please be advised that the SPA IS NOT OPERABLE
Before confirming your booking, please be advised that we will require our guest to sign an additional agreement and verifies ID as part of our standard verification process. This check‑in form is equally important because it confirms your arrival details, emergency contacts, and acknowledgment of house rules specific to this property. It’s not redundant — it ensures smooth operations and protects both you and us during your stay. Your comfort and security are important to us.
