Cozy flat located at Carminowe Farm, just outside the village of Pendeen, slightly off the beaten track with no close neighbours, making it extremely peaceful and a haven for wildlife. It's a short walk to the shop, pubs and local facilities. The coast path is approximately a mile and a half away. The flat has ample parking and its own courtyard seating area. The hosts live in the main part of the house and have a border collie called Bill. Also a cat and some chickens, (including cockerels).
The flat is part of a larger house where the owners live full-time. The living area and kitchen in the flat are semi open plan and the living area has a wood burning stove and access out to a small courtyard area. There is a sofa bed and a blind can separate this area from the kitchen and the rest of the flat, if required. The kitchen is well equipped and has an oven, hob and microwave. There is also a washing machine and tumble drier. The double bedroom is small, but has reasonable storage space and the bathroom has a bath with shower over. There is a small hall area for coats and boots.
Pines is accessed down steps to the main front door of the house and then through a gate to the side. It has its own private courtyard to the rear, but for views across the fields to the sea, there is a shared area with table and benches at the front of the house that can also be used.

We are on site to give advice on local activities, places to eat, etc. and can advise on pubs, restaurants, walks, beaches, shops, (and anything else you can think of!) in the area.
We have also provided a selection of local information in the form of maps leaflets and guides.
Finding us. Coming from Penzance, once through Newbridge, turn right at the top of the hill onto North Road. After the turning to Trewellard on the left, and Heather Farm on the left, there is an old white sign advertising Manor Farm B&B. Turn off on the track just here and follow the signs for Carminowe Farm, through stone gate posts, across a field and through some trees.
If you are arriving by a method other than road, please ask us for the alternative footpath directions.
Pets are welcome and there is reasonable space for approximately one large or two small dogs.
