Kenari villa is located in the heart of Canggu within walking distance to the beach. All bedrooms overlook a private tropical garden with big private pool. Beautifully furnished with exclusive decor, the villa has 3 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and huge living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
The villa has a spacious cosy open living room, combined with dining area and kitchen with powerful sound system, dvd, high speed fiber optic wifi (25mbs), lots of cable TV channels.
The kitchen equipped with gas stoves, oven and smoke ventilators, dining table set, refrigerator (with the ice-making section), a drinking water dispenser and cooking utensil (microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster).
There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (all have king-sized beds), safe boxes. Each room has individual bathroom with shower and bathtub and toiletries.
The villa has a private pool (7mx3.5m), sunbeds, gazebo for relaxing and a private garage (both for cars and motorbikes).

*** - Please note, that for the quantity of guests more than 6 people, there will be organised additional single beds in each bedroom. The fee will apply for each additional guest, for each night of the reservation.
1. Keep any valuables in safety box. Guests are solely responsible for their valuables
2. Please turn off the A/C units when you leave for the day.
3. Follow fire safety precautions.
4. Smoking Not Allowed in Bedrooms. Smoking is strictly only permitted outside and you are requested to remove all cigarette butts.
5. No loud music or parties allowed after 10 pm. Any special events or occasions are at an additional fee depending on the scale of event. Neighbourhood noise regulations enforced by local banjar, if you experience any noise disturbance caused by neighbours immediately inform villa manager, he will contact authorities on your behalf. Please remember that music and construction noise is allowed during daytime and it is beyond our control.
6. Guests are responsible to refund any damage to the property. Please treat the villa and furniture as if you would your own. The Villa is to be left in a condition equal to when the guests arrive. The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, or their guests. Any breakages will be charged on a replacement value.
7. Early Check in and Late Check Out is subject to availability and may be subject to extra fees. Please notify us in you want to check in earlier than 2 pm or check out later than noon.
8. If you need to arrange airport drop off please notify us at least 1 day before departure.
9. No Unregistered guests over maximum villa occupancy without extra payment. Non-resident guests are not allowed to stay overnight.
10. Children Playing in the pool are the sole responsibility of their guardian and supervision is required at all times. We are not responsible for any injuries during your stay at our property.
11. Report any dysfunction of the villa equipment or any other problems immediately directly to villa staff as soon as you detect it. Villa manager contacts will be provided in your booking confirmation.
12. Keep in mind that this is property with open air living room and it is located in traditional village a tropical climate, so don't be surprised by some occasional insects like geckos or mosquitoes, frogs, unusual smells, noise from dogs and roosters etc. Please inform villa staff, if you need any assistance with this issues.
13. The house keepers are here for you everyday start from 9 am - 4 pm (except Sundays). You can find them in the staff room at villa 3 if you need a quick assistance such as buy beverage, take your laundry and etc. The security works from 4pm till 9am next day, if you need any assistance you can find them in the security check point.
14. Every guest is provided with one bath towel, face towel and one towel for swimming pool.
15. Bed linen is changed once a week, towels are changed every 3 days (help us to reduce the adverse impact on the ecology of Bali).
16. Do not use towels to remove make-up or in any other inappropriate way (washing fee will be charged).
17. Do not sit on the furniture with a textile surface in wet clothes/swimsuit. In case of damage to furniture you will be charged for laundry/replacement of textile.
18. Use electricity and electronic devices when needed. Turn off the lights and air conditioning when not in the room or villa.
19. The use of towels is only permitted in the villa.
20. Pets are not allowed.
