On the top of an old haussmannien flat in the heart of Montmartre with a fantastic view on the "Sacré coeur". Let's enjoy the terrace to have a trip in the most romantic neighborhood of Paris.

Yannick was a great host. He met me at the exact time of check in and explained everything from where to put the trash to how the heat works. The listing was completely accurate and the neighborhood was calm for the most part. People can be heard in the street at night and while I was there, you could hear noise from construction below but nothing that bothered my stay there.
I stayed in Yannick's place with a friend of mine while traveling through Europe. The view was breathtaking and well worth staying there, however you do pay for the view with a small apartment. We knew that going in, so we weren't too disappointed, but staying with a friend things like there not being a door to the shower room (which is on the other side of the apartment than the bathroom) or the bathroom door not closing, were a little awkward for us. Yannick was very responsive and a great host overall!
If you're a couple looking for a romantic weekend in paris, you can't beat this apartment. The neighbourhood is classic Paris, with an abundance of fantastic restaurants within short walking distance. The view of Sacre Cour is breathtaking. The room is charming. Yannick, the host, is friendly and helpful. And despite being so close to one of Paris's most important landmarks, the street isn't overrun with tourists. Would definitely come back here next time.
My husband and I had a wonderful weekend in Paris, in large part due to our stay on Yannick's apartment. Others have commented on the 8th floor view, Sacre Coeur looming large in one direction, the roofs down across central Paris from the balcony which it was sadly a bit too chilly to sit out on. The flat is stylish and quirky, lovely for a couple (shower room opens off the main room with no door), and the loo door is very difficult to keep closed, but the little kitchen is well equipped (though a cafetiere or jug would be nice please Yannick!) and the whole place is warm and homely. The neighbourhood is the most welcoming and Parisian feeling of any we've stayed in with the city's 2nd best boulangerie along the street, the cafe down below the building and a really amazing restaurant 10 metres away. Downsides? A ricketty little lift can disturb the slightly vertiginous but is also part of the building's vintage charm, and the flat is a living home so not the most sterile place. Yannick is busy but tried to accommodate our timing as best he could, and he's very helpful. His taste made the places lovely place to roost so we had drinks there happily before going out, and taking the area into account we would certainly head back to Yannick's eagerly another time.
