The house is set back from the road and has a small garden to the front of the property. The rear of the property is accessed via a shingle drive to the left of the house and leads to a gated parking area suitable for two vehicles. There is a pretty enclosed rear garden laid to lawn and patio, garden furniture is provided to enjoy the afternoon sun. The rear garden backs onto open countryside views.
There is a charming garden shed at the bottom of the garden and within the parking area is a more modern brick building, housing a full size table tennis table.
It is positioned centrally in the village, just a short stroll from the acclaimed Gin Trap Inn and the lovely village shop which supplies organic produce and has an interesting selection of wines to choose from. Ringstead also boasts a children’s playground with small bike ramp for little ones and access to some fabulous walks; Peddars Way, Courtyard Farm, Ringstead Downs and more. Situated less then two miles from the stunning beaches of Old Hunstanton, Thornham and Holme, with Titchwell nature reserve close by too.
