Curlew Cottage is a wonderful modern 'dog-friendly' cottage situated in a quiet location in the village. The cottage is very roomy and has a kitchen/diner with patio doors onto the terrace, downstairs cloakroom and a wonderfully relaxing sitting room with log burner to enjoy cosy nights in. As the sitting room is open to the stairs there are fitted safety gates at both the bottom and top of the stairs making this ideal for families with pets or young children enabling you to fully relax and unwind. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes giving lots of space to unpack, a third bunk room is great for children to enjoy, as well as a family bathroom.
Local shops and amenities are just a few minutes walk away with local pub and Spar shop. A short drive away are the beautiful beaches of Brancaster and the popular harbour at Brancaster Staithe, great for sailing enthusiasts. There are some excellent places to eat in Docking and at nearby villages also great shops at the popular Dalegate Market where you will find individual retail outlets, pop up shops and the very popular 'Fat Face' store. The traditional seaside town of Wells-next-the Sea is approximately twenty minutes drive with beautiful sandy beaches protected by a pinewood forest. You can choose to walk alongside the harbour or take the Wells harbour railway which runs regularly during peak times of the year from the Quayside. A visit to Wells wouldn't be complete without trying your luck at a spot of crabbing on the quayside, or simply relaxing and watching the world go by whilst sampling the best in local fish and chip cuisine. Great local pubs include The Crown Inn, The Globe and The Victoria at Holkham.

The rear garden is predominantly enclosed with ranch style fencing (partially open so not recommended for small dogs who wish to imitate Houdini! There is a large sun terrace at the back of the cottage, ideal for entertaining, a gas bbq and raised lawn with shrubs. A pedestrian gate at the rear leads to the parking area.
Parking is available at the rear of the cottage with designated parking for two cars and ample additional parking.
The front of the property is screened from the lane by a tall laurel hedge. The front garden is shingled and low maintenance with a pathway leading to the front door.
