The Barnhouse is a newly converted 220-year-old renovated former barn which has been sympathetically restored to a high standard, incorporating many of the original features, including exposed beams. You will not be disappointed by the quality and finish of this beautiful retreat.

A wonderful spacious area with vaulted ceiling, exposed beams complimented with modern fittings The kitchen area is newly fitted and has a sociable breakfast bar with seating for six people and stylish pendant lighting. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob with extractor and integrated appliances including integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer (70/30) and washer/dryer. There is also a microwave oven, kettle, and coffee machine. The Smart TV can be viewed whilst preparing a meal or from sitting room area with large picture window and comfy leather sofa.
Doors lead to the double bedroom and inner hall.
A rustic four poster bed with crisp white bed linen and beside drawers with lamps show off this lovely space with vaulted ceiling and French doors to outside. There is a double wardrobe with drawer for storage and a door leads to the en-suite shower room.

Please be aware that at the approach to the Barnhouse there is a wildlife pond, children and vulnerable adults must be supervised at all times.
Felmingham is a pretty village in rural North Norfolk with easy access to the nearby market towns of Aylsham and North Walsham (about 2 miles either way), where you will find supermarkets (Sainsburys & Waitrose), coffee shops and weekly markets. From Aylsham you catch a train and enjoy a trip on the Bure Valley Railway to Wroxham on the Norfolk Broads, or spend a day at the stunning National Trust property, Blickling Hall. There are some great eating places close by, and it's definitely worth booking a table for lunch or dinner at The Gunton Arms, and then taking a stroll through Gunton Park's deer park. The popular coastal resorts of Happisburgh, Mundesley, Overstrand and Cromer are approximately a 15 minute drive away.
