The Carriage House is a beautifully situated single-storey property in Old Hunstanton. It forms part of a small select complex of barn conversions which sit in a very private spot. It has its own entrance and wonderfully planted cottage garden with bench and BBQ. The whole house is sunny and bright. The beach at Old Hunstanton is about a ten minute walk away. The owners provide a generous welcome pack consisting of a bottle of Prosecco, bread, scones, butter, jam, tea, coffee and fresh milk.

Open plan room with full height vaulted ceiling and exposed ‘A’ frames. Kitchen to one end. Electric cooker, fridge and microwave. Well equipped. Sofa and two tub chairs, good selection of books. TV and DVD player. Radio and iPod docking station. Table and chairs overlooking the lovely gardens and double doors that open onto the patio area.
Comfortable king sized bed with bedside tables and lamps. Fitted wardrobe and dressing table with mirror over.

With bath and hand held shower, separate shower cubicle, WC bidet and basin. Heated towel rail.
Twin/ Double bedroom
Two full sized twin beds, can be zipped to make a king size (on request), bedside table and lamps, fitted cupboard and chest of drawers. TV for DVD's only.

The house is situated on a small private complex of restored barns, the area is peaceful and well landscaped with the owners taking great pride in their gardens. The Carriage House is in a private spot with a beautifully planted cottage garden. There is a BBQ and garden furniture.
Old Hunstanton is a rarity along the North Norfolk coast in that you can get very close to the beach without walking a long way over the salt marshes! Miles of sand, gentle sand dunes and beach huts make this a perfect family seaside holiday destination. For the more active Old Hunstanton has become a mecca for Kite Surfing. Hunstanton Golf Course, a challenging links course is voted amongst the top 100 courses in Britain. There are great places to eat, all within walking distance of our holiday cottages, including The Neptune a Michelin Star restaurant, The Lodge Hotel and a lovely traditional beach cafe serving a good fry up! The lifeboat station is a good place to visit and maybe see in action. The hovercraft being launched is a sight wellworth seeing!
