Hillview Lodge is a wonderful newly renovated property in a secluded location in the heart of Brancaster Staithe. A lovely light room with two windows to the front elevation, including a bay window with a wonderful mix of eclectic furniture including two comfy armchairs and 'singer' coffee table and parquet flooring. A Snuggle up in front of the cosy log burner on the 'Snuggle sofa' for two or enjoy a movie on the wide screen TV or watch a movie on the DVD player.
The contemporary style dining table has a wonderful pendant light over and shabby chic style chairs and two stools, seating four or six people, perfect for small or larger families. The dining are opens into the kitchen area and stairs lead to the first floor. There is also a door leading to the ground floor bathroom.
The kitchen is cleverly designed and has a mix of modern contemporary units and rustic open shelving all complimented by modern appliances. There is a gas cooker and electric hob with extractor, slim-line dishwasher, integrated fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. There is also a microwave, kettle and toaster, the side window allow the light to flood in and is fitted with a roman blind.

There is an fully enclosed terrace with stylish table and chairs, raised flower borders and external lighting, ideal for enjoying a glass of wine on those warm summer evenings.
The Cottage is set back from the road and accessed via a shingle path with private pedestrian gate which leads to Hilllview Lodge just a 2 minute walk from the renowned White Horse Pub & Restaurant.
There is no allocated parking however there is plenty of parking on the road outside the cottage, which is restricted to 30mph.

The renowned White Horse pub and restaurant is literally a stone's throw away and there are nearby shops at the popular shopping area in Burnham Deepdale.
Brancaster Staithe, just a couple of minutes drive from Brancaster, bustles with sailors. Home to Brancaster Staithe Sailing Club, the harbour is a busy place. Fresh seafood and coffee can be had from the shed on the quay (in high season)or you can go up to The Jolly Sailors where children, muddy dogs and boots are welcomed. For more formal dining The White Horse provides a spectacular view of the marshes where you can enjoy the local seafood whilst watching the tide come in over the creeks. The Fish Shed gives you the opportunity to take home some great local produce. Kayaks and boats can be hired from Northshore Sport and Leisure. Brancaster Staithe is right on the Norfolk Coast Path. Fresh mussels can be bought on the quay direct from the fishermen, or try Mervyn in the village, he will have a sign out!
