The nicest walk in Venise, Riva 7 Martiri, sunny and viewing the whole city and lagoon. San Marco 10 minutes away. Castello, a truly authentic and venetian area.

Only upon arrival and in case of any problems or need. We are always in the city to support. Upon arrival at the apartment we have to request the Venice Municipality tax (called "Tassa di Soggiorno"), newly established for private apartments, which is 1.5 eur per person per day, payable in cash. We will give you a separate receipt for this.
Great authentic calm venetian area. Very calm, sunny apartment with an amazing view. The best thing to do is to have breakfast in front of the window and see boats passing in front of you as you sip your mornings' espresso coffee! Please note we also offer France and Rome! Please note that 24hr checkin is available; however for checkin after 10 PM, a 50 euros contribution in cash upon arrival is due to the cleaning lady that will come on purpose to let you in.
Venice is a very quiet city, with no background noise, so loud music is heard very far away. Guests are encouraged to be mindful of neighbours, especially before 8 AM and after 8 PM. In Venice there is a system for recycling paper/cardboard, glass, plastic, so guests are very strongly encouraged to dispose of garbage in the appropriate sites and time slots. Garbage is collected outside the door in the street before 8 AM.

I (Marc) have lived in Venice all my life, studied International Relations and currently working for the UN. I am managing the properties through my family - father Michel and mother Elisabeth are architects that studied in Venice from 1967 and never left it. We know the city inside out and are in love with it!
