Castlenel dates from the 15th century and is a carefully restored and well maintained family home on three floors. It retains many original features. Rooms are large and airy. The town is lively but the street is quiet, a part of old Spain.

A wood fired pizza oven. Nothing is shared. The only room off limits is the basement room - which is a storage area.

Guests will be left alone to enjoy the house as they wish.
Our boiler isn't as big as we'd like so, we suggest leaving baths to a minimum, showers are best and if you do have a bath, you'll need to leave it a while until the next person can get hot water, we're hoping to rectify this soon.
The pizza oven is available for guest use, and remember you don't have to do pizzas, it will roast a mean chicken too and it makes a great center piece for a party or just a quiet night on the balcony.
Equipment for the pizza stove is in the seat basket near the oven.
We don't have any rules other no smoking, we just ask that people treat it like their own home, clean up after themselves and if you do break something let us know, by telling the KeyHolder, so we can deal with it before the next guests.
Rubbish bags have to be put out at night for the bin men to pick up, you can hang them on the door or put them on the window sill.
I am a co-owner of the house that lives abroad right now, we rent the house out because to keep it empty is a waste, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do while we are there.
