The spacious living room features a natural stone gas fireplace and a large flat screen TV with DVD player. The furniture is very comfortable, and the sofa pulls out to a queen size bed to sleep 2 additional people. The charming and well appointed kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances, with a gas range. Gather your family of up to 6 people around the dining room table. There is a private deck on this main level over looking the mountains to the north.
The over sized master bedroom features a queen size bed with new bedding and a flat screen TV. The en suite master bathroom features double sinks and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed additional people. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combination, and there is an additional half bath on the main level. There is even a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
A welcome bottle of wine upon check in, free wireless internet and outdoor parking for 1 vehicle are included with your stay.
Minnie's Cabin is the exclusive clubhouse for Settlers Creek guests! Relax in luxury in the quaint log cabin among leather sofas in front of a roaring gas fireplace. Challenge your friends to a game of pool and catch the big game on the flat screen TV. Grill up some dinner on the outdoor gas grill. There is a wet bar with a mini fridge, restrooms and showers. Wander outside to the year round outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, and warm up in front of the outdoor gas fireplace with a warm cup of cocoa. This exclusive location is sure to win your heart and keep you coming back for years to come.
What to be aware of:
- Here in Keystone, none of our units have air conditioning. In the Rockies, the temperature cools off around 8 o'clock every evening, therefore an AC is not necessary.
- This is a 2 story unit, there is a flight of stairs down to the bedrooms.
- Parking is limited at Settlers Creek. There is one guaranteed spot at the unit. Any overflow vehicles MUST park at the guest parking lot, which is located next to Minnie's Cabin.

Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from SkyRun. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by SkyRun, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. SkyRun is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests.Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS BE PARKED AT THE SPECIFIC PROPERTY OR IN ANY OF KEYSTONE'S OVERFLOW LOTS. DO NOT BRING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS.
