The Denver City House is a modern ½ duplex where no expense was spared in the detail, finishes and furnishings of this property. With almost 1,800 SF of living space, every nook and cranny appeals to your modern aesthetic. Everything in the house is new and thoughtfully designed with travelers in mind.
Each of the three bedrooms is beautifully appointed with high end furnishings, bedding and en suite bathrooms. With 500-thread count sheets and fluffy Turkish towels, you’ll have all the amenities of a resort and the privacy of your own space. Both the King (Master) and Queen bedrooms feature high-end memory foam mattresses while the double bed features a fluffy pillow top mattress, all of this to give you the rest and relaxation you deserve.
The gourmet kitchen features dark espresso cabinets, white quartz countertops and high end stainless steel appliances. Here you’ll find everything you need to create the perfect meal, cup of coffee or enjoy happy hour.
The open floor plan of the main level allows for everyone in the kitchen and living room to spend time together. The chefs in your family can stay busy in the kitchen and still be a part of the group lounging on the couch. The main level includes a large sectional couch with enough seating for 7 and a dining room table that seats 6 along with a breakfast bar with seating. It also includes a built in media center with a 52” flat screen TV and DVD player for the nights you feel like relaxing and watching some TV.
Spend time under the stars on the private back patio with cobblestone pavers and a firepit for those nights you want to cozy up to a fire.
The home also features: A high efficiency washer/dryer, WIFI, air conditioning, secured 2 car garage, alarm system with cameras and motion sensor detectors, blinds throughout for privacy, iron and ironing board, pack n play and a Keurig Coffee Machine.
This is the perfect location for groups of friends, couples or families visiting Denver. It's also great for corporate rentals. The City House can comfortably fit three couples or 6 people. I can accommodate 7 if the 7th person is a child and can share a bed or sleep in our pack 'n play. No more than 7 persons are allowed in this home. Please remember this is my own personal home and to treat it with respect.

- 1.Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Property at any time. Smoking is allowed outside ONLY and Guests shall use ashtrays provided. Smoking in the Property will incur a separate cleaning fee of $500.
- 2.Adults must be a minimum of 28 years old to stay in the Property.
- 3.People other than those in the Guests party may not stay overnight in the Property. Any other person in the Property is the sole responsibility of the Guest.
- 4.This Property is privately owned; the Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Property or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this Agreement, it is agreed that all Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Property or others whom they invite to use the Property.
- 5.Keep the Property and all furnishings in good order.
- 6.Only use the appliances for their intended uses.
- 7.Pets are NOT allowed at any time. Evidence of pets in the Property will incur an additional cleaning fee of $250.
- 8.Parking on the Property is limited to two vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in the detached/attached two-car garage. Guest assumes all risk parking on the street.
- 9.There is no daily housekeeping service. While linen and bath towels are included in the unit. Daily maid service is not included in the nightly rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit.
- 10.Please do not throw anything into the gas firepit in the backyard. Guest shall be responsible for ensuring the gas on the firepit is off after each use. Guest assumes all liability and risks associated with using a firepit.
