This 4 storey family home sleeping up to 5 guests is spectacularly located on the Northern bank of the Thames with views over the river towards Greenwich. A three minute walk will take you to Island Gardens station taking you into the city in just 15 minutes.

There is an open plan wooden style kitchen, living and dining space. The kitchen is fitted with a fridge-freezer, electric oven, hob and dishwasher. There is a large dining table seating up to 9 guests as well as two sofas. This relaxing living space has river views from the large floor to ceiling window.
ADDITIONAL LIVING SPACE
On the ground floor there is an additional living space with comfortable seating for guests.
The master bedroom is located at the very top of the house and is fitted with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. This bedroom has access to a private roof terrace with views of the river and Greenwich. This bedroom has an access to an ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom is fitted with a double bed and fitted wardrobes.
The third bedroom is fitted with a single bed.
There are 2 additional bathrooms within this property.
This property boasts an outdoor roof terrace with views over the River Thames and Greenwich.
- The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. This is for insurance purposes to say that the guests will look after the property and not smoke or have parties
- Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old
- Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. Any time outside of this period may incur an additional fee
