Chalet Alsica is a beautiful, spacious (actual habitable 307m2) chalet located just above Le Centre Sportif and 150m from the nearest bus stop. It is a 400m stroll to the supermarkets and shops. Tucked away at the end of a private driveway this property is quiet and secluded yet only 5 minutes away from all amenities.
The property is situated over 3 floors. The master bedroom with en-suite and a quiet reading area, occupy the top floor.
The bright and spacious lounge / dining area occupies the middle floor and benefits from a large open fireplace and comfortable seating. The dining table can seat up to ten guests and you can walk out from the lounge/ dining area onto a large balcony terrace that has unrestricted views of Bruson and the Combin ranges.
Also on this floor there is a fully fitted kitchen with microwave and dishwasher plus two further bedrooms; a double with an en-suite bathroom and WC and a twin with a shower room and WC.
The ground floor can be entered via the garage or from the driveway. There is a large double bedroom and a twin bedroom on this floor; they share a WC and shower. Guests are welcome to use the laundry facilities during their stay (washing machine, tumble dryer and drying area).
Finally, there is secure garage parking for 1 car and private, external parking for 2 cars.
For more than 10 people, there is a supplement charge of 150 CHF per person per stay.
Tourist tax is not included in the prices quoted and will be charged on arrival at CHF 4 per person per night for adults (aged 16 & over) and CHF 2 for children (aged 6 – 15 inclusive).
