Broulee is a quite seaside village and is a fully contained place to spend your holidays with surfing, fishing, snorkelling, boating and bushwalks all available options.
It also provides a great base for exploring the NSW south coast and is approximately halfway between Ulladulla and Narooma.
The open design keeps the interior cool during hot days.
The ground floor has an open plan for the kitchen, dining and lounge. The laundry and separate second toilet are separated by a door from the kitchen to reduce noise.
The lounge has a high raked ceiling and stairs leading up to the 3 bedrooms and bathroom. Bedrooms 1 and 2 open out onto a veranda that overlooks the rear courtyard.
The bathroom has been recently remodelled and provides a bright area to start and end the day.
Please note that the garage is locked and not available for use. You can park one car at the front door and additional parking is available next to the shops.

Key access is provided via a key lock box onsite. The PIN number will be supplied prior to arrival. A third party will be able to provide assistance if required (i.e. keys are locked in the house).
The 3rd bedroom is a small loft style bedroom and due to the limited headroom I only recommend it for children up to 10 years old.
