Upon arrival I will give you the keys to the property, and guide you through some quick amenity basics.
Once our introduction is completed, you are free to use the entire property as you wish.

There are two young goats on the property, so if you're bringing dogs please ensure they're introduced calmly and kept on the leash at all times.
There are cows on the neighbouring property, so all gates must be kept closed at all times.
The property has a composting toilet, which means that it is NOT connected to a septic tank or mains sewer. This has to be used correctly, so as to ensure you are not surprised by any smells.

Finally, the property has a single line electric heat water unit fed from a 3 stage filtered Rain Water Tank, which works on low pressure, but gives you good hot showers if used correctly, once again I'll explain the usage upon your arrival.
We have no rubbish or waste management facilities, so we request that you care for our property and environment by removing all your rubbish upon leaving.
There is a COMPOSTING toilet facility, this is not a sewer connected or flushing toilet. You will be explained how the toilet works upon your arrival, but please ensure that the unit is switched ON at all times during your stay.
The hot water functions via a Electrical Hot Water unit designed for low pressure, water saving conscious showering. Once again, you will briefed on usage upon your arrival.
