Our newly renovated house with minimalist decor is the perfect base to explore the city. Only 3 minutes walk from Jewell Station, you can be in the CBD within 20 minutes (or 15 minutes by bike), or take a short stroll to Sydney Rd to check out all the wonderful cafes and shops in this popular strip. Clean, comfortable and with plenty of undercover outdoor spaces, it's also the ideal location to ride out those rainy days.
Just minutes from Sydney Rd, in the city (south) end of Brunswick, sits our newly renovated 3 bedroom + studio 50's brick house. North facing windows welcome plenty of natural light, perfect for relaxing in the large living room. Food lovers will adore the massive kitchen, equipped with all the utensils you could need, along with a range of spices and condiments at your disposal.
Guests have their own private room, along with access to all the other communal spaces. Bathroom is shared by all occupants. A washing machine and indoor or outdoor line drying space is available. There is also a laundromat around the corner with electric dryers if you need some quick drying.

We love meeting new people for the interesting insights that can be shared. We also love going out to various theatre shows, circus shows, music events, friends houses, and other community gatherings. Thus, if we're all around and all up for a chat and a meal, then cool. But if you're just wanting to do your own thing, that's fine too.
The studio room is detached from the house. You still have access to all the amenities and shared areas of the house, but it does mean a few metres of being outside between your room and the rest of the house.

Hello there! My bestie Luke and I live in a lovely renovated 1950s house just off Sydney Road. We both enjoy bikes, vegetables, circus, music, theatre, silliness and laughing. Luke works in IT and seems to be able to work out anything technical, sometimes in a MacGyver kind of way. I work in a playground and have a bit of a thing for physical games (think skipping, poison ball - that kind of thing).
Between the two of us, we have done a bit of travelling, locations including NZ, Vanuatu, New Caledonia, Denmark, Germany, UK, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Norway, Belgium (for 2 hours), USA, Canada, Argentina and bits of Australia of course. We've both enjoyed variety within our travels - mixing camping and staying on couches with 5 star hotels (and everything in between); hitch-hiking and bike touring with river cruises and helicopter trips; dumpster diving and fine dining. It's all good. But the most memorable and special parts of a trip are the friendships you make.
