Interaction with guests is usually kept to greeting and settling them in on arrival. We tend to come and go and allow guests to enjoy their privacy.
There are kangaroos and other wildlife on the property. We would appreciate taking care, and taking off shoes inside cabin to avoid soiling carpet.
This accommodation is most suitable for singles or couples.
Please take off shoes inside. Wildlife lives on our property, their "evidence" can get on your shoes!
Definitely no smoking inside.
Parking is available on a shady concrete space under our large elm tree. Please do not park on our lovely green lawns, there is a large septic system under them which is compromised by cars or heavy equipment.
Continental Breakfast provided for 2 night or more bookings.
There are no cooking facilities in the cabin. Sorry, we're presuming you've come up here for a break from all that.
As a working family we aren't always available for check in before 5pm during the week, especially at short notice. However, if 24 hours notice is given we can usually make suitable arrangements.
We have kept the price of Mount Lebanon Cottage low because it is a simple uncluttered space that we clean ourselves. In return we expect guests to leave the space as clean as they found it, including washing, drying dishes, cleaning up spills, and replacing all crockery and furniture back where they found it. If you don't feel you're able to do this, we understand, some guests prefer to pay a bit more for that luxury. However, if this is the case, then this is definitely not the place for you.
