This Non Smoking Condo has a keyless entry system, programmed with a unique code especially for your stay. This avoids the need to meet up and exchange keys and allows you to enter upon arriving and leave without having to worry about returning the keys.
This spacious ground floor, two bedroom - one and one half bath condo has a washer and dryer and an assigned covered parking space. The unit has been completely and fully furnished for your stay. (WIRELESS WiFi internet, cable TV, linens, towels, pots, pans, iron, ironing board, detergent, soap, shampoo, conditioner and much more). Master bedroom has a queen size mattress, dresser chest, night stand and a walk in closet. The second bedroom has a full bed with a trundle, dresser chest, nightstand, closet and cable TV. The Living Room has a large color TV, sofa, and loveseat. Linens and pillows for all sleeping areas are provided. There's a bar that will seat 4.
You also have your own private patio for your enjoyment. There is a gated pool for the condo tenants available for your use, key is provided during summer months. There is also an on-site laundry should you have larger/bulky loads.

1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. CST AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 A.M. CST. There is a $20 fee to check in early or leave late (I have to pay an extra person to clean the place in a tighter window).
2. SMOKING INSIDE is strictly prohibited. Please use the patio space.
3. LOCK DOORS
To ensure full safety of our guest’s belongings, we like to keep the front door locked as a precautionary measure. While the community is completely safe, we want to avoid issues and protect your things as well as mine.
4. NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS
The maximum number of guests allowed is four (4). Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed. If agreed upon in writing, owners may consider a special occasion or reunion allowing more than 4 guests for a set time and date.
6. MINIMUM AGE
The Renter must be 21 years of age to book this Rental.
7. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
8. NO MAID SERVICE
While linens and bath towels are included in the unit for the reserved number of guests, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house. A washer/dryer and detergent is provided in the unit for your convenience.
Parking is limited to one (1) vehicle.
10. WEATHER REFUND POLICY upon date of arrival
No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation.
This property is privately owned; the owners of the property (“Owners") are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the rental premises or its facilities. The Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, you agree to release Owners (and all of their partners, employees, officers, agents, representatives), and agree to indemnify them against, and hold them harmless from and against, any and all injuries, liability, claims, demands, causes of action, costs (including attorneys' fees), to or by you, or to any other person you bring onto the rental premises or to any third person, that arise from, with respect to, are in any way related to or in connection with, directly or indirectly, your presence, rental, occupation or use of the property premises; whether or not caused, in whole or in part, due to the sole, joint or concurrent negligence or gross negligence of the owners.
