On entry is the galley style kitchen with all conveniences. Polished floors feature throughout this cottage. The living area has views straight out over the ocean, and opens onto a large entertaining deck with gas bbque and outdoor furniture. There is an additional deck with sun lounges. Flat screen television, and DVD in the main lounge room plus ipod docking station.
The main bedroom has views to the beach and ocean, and contains a king size bed which can be split to make two singles. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, and views, Bedroom 3 has two sets of double bunks. Linen not provided. The laundry with washing machine and dryer is downstairs, externally accessed. There is a separate toilet in the laundry.
Macmasters Beach is located on the Bouddi Peninsula on NSW Central Coast. It is rated as one of the top one hundred surf beaches in Australia. Adjacent to the Surf Club is a tidal swimming pool.
This property is let for holiday purposes only and each booking is subject to our Terms and Conditions. No parties or large gatherings are permitted.

- The guest making the booking must also be staying at the property.
