Ours is a modern two storey 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home on the ocean. We have been a vacation rental since 2007 and have hosted guests from all over the world with many returning year over year. The whole house is yours to enjoy.
Guests have access to the whole house. The house operates on a key pad entry system so once we have connected and you are booked and paid-up, I will supply you with directions to find the house and your own unique 4 digit code.

ONE: In the rates section of my listing there is no mention of the government tax that is payable on each booking. In Canada the tax is called GST and it is charged at 5.0% of the total booking. Air B&B do not have a way for me to include this in my rates, so you and I will have to swap some credit card info so that I can collect the tax payable. I do have a website and if you have read this far, (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) my name, Su Grimmer, and the websites will come up.
TWO: This is a dog-friendly house so if you have allergies, this might be an issue for you.
Renters who sign our rental agreement must be 30 years of age or older. Our house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. We ask for no music on the deck after 9 p.m. No parties. Two dogs maximum ($50.00 fee per dog) and only once pre-approved and with the payment of a doggie cleaning surcharge. There is parking for two cars in the driveway. The laneway belongs to the city and must not be blocked.
