Our refreshed Manhattan apartment combines comfort and convenience: regular weekly cleaning, smartly arranged and roomy private spaces, quick transit access, and a ready‑to‑move‑in setup that gets you settled fast.
Rent is charged as a single monthly fee that covers utilities and standard upkeep — no extra utility bills or surprise maintenance charges.
BEDROOMS
Each room is thoughtfully arranged to maximize space while keeping comfort a priority. Your room will be ready for you on arrival — bedding included, so you won’t need to bring extras. Rooms are calm, airy, and inviting, offering a peaceful retreat from the city buzz.

Photos show actual rooms from the apartment and are provided to give an accurate idea of what we offer. Specific room assignment depends on availability at check-in, so we cannot guarantee a particular unit; however, layouts and amenities are consistent across all rooms listed.
GUEST SPACES & AMENITIES
The apartment is designed for shared living with comfort in mind. Common areas include a roomy dining area, a lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, work, and relax — a great place to meet people from around the world.
The kitchen is stocked with appliances, cookware, tableware, dish soap, hand soap, and trash bags, which we replenish regularly.
We provide weekly professional cleaning so you can focus on work or study. All cleaning products we use are eco-friendly and hypoallergenic.
PAYMENTS
All payments must be made through the Airbnb platform. There are no additional or hidden fees.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION — HOUSE RULES
1) Only the guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. No unauthorized overnight visitors.
2) Please wash dishes and kitchen utensils after each use and keep the sink free of food debris.
3) Turn off lights and the TV in common areas when not in use.
4) Make sure the oven and gas are turned off after use.
5) Shared refrigerator shelves are assigned — please use your designated space. Items left outside assigned areas may be removed during cleaning.
6) As a community focused on healthy living, we ask that you refrain from consuming alcohol.
7) Do not leave personal belongings in common areas — items may be moved to a designated lost-and-found box.
8) Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please avoid loud music, phone conversations, and TV during this time.
9) Smoking and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
10) Please clean the bathroom after each use and remove hair or other debris.
