I manage many holiday houses in Broadbeach and Mermaid, and I like to meet and greet every guest when they arrive at the property to make them feel welcome and to answer any tourist questions, although the first question is always "what's the wifi password?" :) An imprint of their credit card will be taken at that time for security (same as hotels). I always say to guests that if there are any problems during their stay, please contact me immediately so I can fix it.
All linens and towels are provided unless otherwise noted.
Watercraft in photos has been hired by the guests, it does not come with the property.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any trip cancellations you may have.
Once again, please note the following regulations that apply to this property. "In accordance with the Council, (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) & holiday rental code of conduct, this house has a strict NO PARTY & NO FUNCTION policy & is not available to young groups of schoolies or singles. In consideration of our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum between 10pm & 7am as we are in a quiet residential area."
Standard Terms and Conditions:
Only registered guests to stay at the property.
No Parties and Events to be held. Pets are not allowed
Quiet time between 10pm and 7am
On arrival an imprint of your credit card will be taken for security (same as hotels) this will be destroyed after departure
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the guests responsibility during their stay.
In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform Management at the earliest opportunity so Management has the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours.
Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to Management prior to departure from the Property.
Failure to follow this procedure may hinder the ability of Management to rectify the problem or complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim you may have.

My name is Wendy, and I moved to the Gold Coast 10 years ago from Sydney. I love meeting new people and enjoy sharing my favourite tips for making the most of your relaxing Gold Coast holiday! You can find me walking on the beach most mornings, and I also enjoy practicing yoga. Afternoons are often spent meeting, greeting and checking in guests all throughout the Coast. I travel back to Sydney often to visit family and enjoy the big city life for a few days, but I love coming home to the beach and the warm, welcoming climate.
