This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests at the base rate. For the 7th and 8th overnight guest, a $25 per night, per guest fee applies (up to our maximum occupancy of 8). This helps us keep pricing affordable for smaller groups while covering the added cost of hosting larger ones.

★ Daytime Guests & Gatherings:
If you'd like to have additional guests visit during the day without staying overnight, please reach out to us in advance for approval. A $25 daytime guest fee applies per additional guest beyond our maximum of 8 for extra use of the house and amenities.
We are not set up to host parties, commercial events, or large gatherings. If you're planning a dinner, celebration, or gathering with guests beyond our maximum occupancy, please contact us before booking so we can confirm it's something we can accommodate.

• No parties allowed. Disturbances, property damage, excessive cleaning, or indoor smoking will result in a $1,000 fine.
• No smoking inside the home. Violations will incur a $1,000 fine plus smoke remediation costs.
• Pets: This property is pet-friendly, with a maximum of 2 pets. Unauthorized animals on the property will result in forfeiture of the deposit to cover pet cleaning fees. Please do not leave pets unattended indoors. Keep pets off furniture and beds. Clean up after pets when outside.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, or appliances, and repair or replacement costs may apply.

★ The convertible sofa provides additional sleeping space but may be less comfortable than a standard bed. Its approximate dimensions are 53 inches deep × 82 inches wide × 34.5 inches high.

★ Luggage drop-off may be available with advance notice, subject to the cleaning schedule.

★ Guests may not use the property address to receive mail, packages, identification documents, or banking or government correspondence. Please use an authorized carrier pickup location, Amazon Locker, post office or private mailbox. The host cannot accept, store or forward deliveries.
