Cleaning Services

To ensure a pleasant and comfortable environment throughout your stay, two complimentary cleaning services per week are provided for guests staying one week or longer.

Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request at an additional charge of €25 per cleaning service.

Refundable Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit will apply to ensure the proper care of the villa and its facilities. The amount will vary according to the duration of the stay:

• Stays from 1 to 7 nights: €100
• Stays up to 15 nights: €185
• Stays from 3 weeks to 1 month: €200
• Stays exceeding 1 month: €280

The security deposit will be refunded at check-out after a complete inspection of the villa and confirmation that there is no damage, missing items, or outstanding charges.
