This charming and sunny apartment is on Via Crispi, a quiet street in the heart of the historic center of the Eternal City, just behind the Spanish Steps and 5 minutes' walk from "Villa Borghese".
It is on the fourth floor of a historic building with elevator and is set on three levels. With beautiful décor and fine furnishings, it's an ideal base in Rome for guests who will treat it lovingly as if it were their own.
It has been recently renovated and nicely furnished.
The apartment has been sympathetically renovated with quality materials and techniques to retain its original historical elements, such as wooden ceilings with beams and the old, original fireplaces.
The first level comprises the hallway, a beautiful and sunny living room with a fireplace, comfortable sofas and television. One single bedroom with bathroom and a gorgeous kitchen with fireplace, a wooden table for dining together, and a nice balcony with the view of the park of the "College of Sant’Isidoro degli Irlandesi" and the gardens of the "Suore del Buon Soccorso" nuns.
A few steps lead to the second level, where a lounge area is furnished with a sofa, a small office, a service room with separate washing machine and dryer, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and bathroom.
On the third level, the master double bedroom with exposed wooden beams, two walk-in closets, en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi and shower.
You may use the entire apartment.

I love Italy, especially Rome and Salento. I live my life between these two beautiful and completely different places. I hope you want to visit both in my houses...
