The apartment is placed at Arnimkiez in a quiet environment of Prenzlauer Berg. Nearby lots of cosy cafes, restaurants, bakeries and small grocery shops and a pharmacy. The famous Tube and S-Bahn station Schönhauser Allee will connect you within a couple of minutes to Alexanderplatz and as well with the Ring Train all around Berlin
The apartment has 73 square meters of floor space and consists on 5 rooms: 1 living, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 seperate bedrooms, 1 corridor and a small balcony. It is situated in a quiet courtyard in the 1 st floor and is comfortable to reach by stairs. In the corridor of the apartment you'll have a cloakroom for your coats and a seat bench to leave your street shoes and a large mirror. The living is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa, a small sofa table, TV, video and CD player and a standard lamp in the corner and a beautiful dome lamp on the ceiling .
