It is close to the famous Kensington Palace and the beautiful Kensington High Street.
This apartment is located on the Front side of the Building on the lower ground / Basement floor of a Victorian building. It comes with a small open-plan kitchen that contains an electric cooker, fridge, and microwave. It also come with a very small folded dining table and a small TV. It also has 2 single beds and a Sofa Bed, and a reasonable but not large 2-door wardrobe. The newly renovated bathroom contains a shower-room, towels, and other basic needs, such as shampoo. Although this flat is located on the basement, it has a large window, thus it is ambient and there is some natural light that comes in. It has central heating that keeps it on a warm temperature during the cold days of winter.

Keys must be collected from our office. Our office is located in Bayswater, and it is about 5 minutes walk to this property. Our check-in times are between 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Mondays - Fridays. If you are arriving outside those hours, please get in touch with us to check for special key collection arrangement.
For guests security, every guest must provide original Photographed ID prior to key collection. PLEASE NOTE THAT KEYS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT PROVIDE PHOTOGRAPHED ID AND PROPERTY ACCESS MAY BE DENIED IF THIS REQUIREMENT IS NOT MET.
