The building has vigilance and is very well located, on Corrientes Ave, (Pasteur station, subway line B), it is 12 blocks from the Obelisk, near many universities (UBA, Flacso), bookstores, cinemas, theaters and milongas.
Is one of the principal thoroughfares of the Argentine capital of Buenos Aires. The street is intimately tied to the tango and the porteño sense of identity. Like the parallel avenues Santa Fe, Córdoba, and San Juan, it takes its name from one of the Provinces of Argentina. The apartment is great as well, very large. The room she has open gives you more than enough personal space.
Corrientes, like most major city avenues, was made a one-way thoroughfare by a municipal ordinance. Growing traffic demands led to the opening of the avenue through the plaza, and around the Obelisk.
No smoking in the appartment.
Visitor's guests are welcomed only after they were anounced in advance. They can not stay overnight.
For short term stayings a deposit is not asked. However, the guest must take responsibility for the things that brokes, loses or distroys.
For stayings greater than a week, a deposit proportional to the period reserved is asked.
Eg. for 2 weeks: 200 USD; 4 weeks: 300 USD. For longer periods, the amount can be discussed.
Nice, helpful, I currently run a Foundation for people with respiratory problems. Love all forms of art (painting, photography, theater, cinema, music, dancing).
