This property is modern and well-decorated, located on a smart residential street just a short walk from Regent’s Park Road which offers excellent cafes and restaurants. On entrance, a flight of stairs leads up to a lovely terrace decorated with beautiful potted plants – ideal for breakfasting al fresco! Across the hall is the open-plan kitchen and adjoining living room, with rustic hardwood floors and a modern design. The kitchen has industrial-style stainless steel appliances (which include a range cooker and large fridge/freezer) and a 4-seater table. The living room is very light and stylishly decorated with patterned rugs, leather sofas, a flat-screen TV and a decorative fireplace. There is attractive art adorning the walls and large mirrors which add elegance and depth to the room.
On the upper floor are two bedrooms and the family bathroom which is finished to a very good standard with both a bath and separate walk-in shower. The master bedroom is a very light and airy room with a king sized bed, a pretty dressing table with 3-sided mirror, and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom is furnished with a trundle bed (a single bed with a further single which can be pulled out from underneath which can be made into a king size), and a window seat.
