One things that guests could find negative is the space can feel tight as it's a 3 bedroom, and 4 bathroom place. The back 2 bathrooms are economical.

Our local team will be available to check you in, get you accustomed to the house and for all of your questions and needs. Also, inquire about the in-depth cultural experiences/tours our locals can bring your group that are designed for you to experience Cape Town in a deeper way.
As a general rule, we ask you to leave things as nice as you found them and alert us if anything is out of the ordinary during your stay.

I'm (Chad - pictured right) a basketball teacher/coach who travels the world teaching this beautiful game.
My passion is a non-profit I founded called Sustainable Giving Homes where the rental income from properties in Austin and this Airbnb in Cape Town goes to educating students in Sierra Leone, Kenya, and South Africa. All AirBnB stays in our home join the monthly rental income from the local tenants in the other sustainable giving homes towards that cause.
I love staying healthy and experiencing new cultures. I live a 1/3 of the year in Cape Town as I lead groups of diverse leaders from around the world on cultural and leadership growth experiences called Zebra Crossing Adventures. I have a local team of incredible accomplished people and experienced/knowledgable guides that you should definitely access if you want to experience Cape Town and South Africa on a deeper level.
